Marsch statt Massaker! Der Schüler-Aufstand nach dem Amoklauf an einer Schule in Florida bekommt prominente Unterstützung. Amal und George Clooney spenden eine halbe Million Dollar an das Schüler-Komitee um Cameron Kasky.
Die Teenager-Gruppe organisiert am 24. März einen landesweiten Marsch, um Druck auf die Politiker für schärfere Waffengesetze zu machen. «Das Leben unserer Kinder hängt davon ab», so der Filmstar weiter.
Clooney will mit seiner Familie selbst am Marsch teilnehmen und so die Schüler unterstützen.
Neben dem Schauspieler haben auch Regisseur Steven Spielberg und Oprah Winfrey eine halbe Million Dollar gespendet.
