In 33 Sportarten wird in Tokio um Gold, Silber und Bronze gekämpft. So vielfältig die Wettbewerbe der Olympischen Spiele sind, so verschieden sind die Anforderungen an die Athletinnen und Athleten.

Flink, wendig und feingliedrig müssen die einen Sportler sein, möglichst gross, stark und ausdauernd andere Sportlerinnen – und dann gibt es Disziplinen wie den Stabhochsprung in der Leichtathletik, wo man gleichzeitig schnell, kräftig, beweglich, leicht, mutig und koordinativ auf der Höhe sein muss.

Der Blick auf die ganz unterschiedlich Körper von Sportlerinnen und Sportlern, die dieser Tage in Japan Olympiasieger geworden sind.

Theoretisch sollte ich bei meiner Grösse, im Synchronschwimmen die grössten Chancen auf einen Olympiasieg haben. 😳🤔

Und ich Depp mache mein Leben lang die falsche Sportart.

Schlotterbecks Verletzungsschock und Zauberpässe – das lief in der Champions League
BVB-Verteidiger Nico Schlotterbeck zog sich beim gestrigen Spiel gegen Barcelona eine unschöne Verletzung zu, schien aber Glück im Unglück zu haben. Diese Geschichten schrieb die Champions League am Mittwochabend.

Beim Spiel zwischen Borussia Dortmund und dem FC Barcelona schien sich Nico Schlotterbeck in der letzten Aktion des Spiels eine schwere Verletzung zugezogen zu haben. Nach einem Kopfballversuch landete der Verteidiger vom BVB sehr unglücklich und sein Fuss knickte etwa 90 Grad nach innen.
